I spent a lot of my time worrying about ponds that finally after spending time plopping balls in them I worked out that there’s not a huge lot of pain in there.

I write these blog posts and they scare me. Some are crap some are good but who cares really.

The other side of fear is just more fear. Something else to stress out about and worry.

Just move the fear factor higher and go for it again.
Knowing you’ll deal with whatever happens is a great fear breaker.

So feel the fear but trust who you are and go for it again.

Fear is your Space Monkey trying to get you to not do that thing your inner self wants to do.
